is being worked on, current plan has 15 people on cell phones making calls;
rule is come on the bus go home on the bus NO EXCEPTIONS.

Dan gave a
presentation on the “new look” format for this years meetings. The format is easier to understand and

read and distributed a poem referencing this year’s theme of the lighthouse.

Development- Steph Kreysar

Steph gave a detailed
report on the short and long term goals of the committee. (These are archived)

John Ford spoke about
the need for sponsors and players for the golf outing, at the present time the
event is a go with the need for sponsors.

Technology Report- Rick Long

Met September 14th-
Discussed use of $10,000 donation.
Decided to have children build the computers. Will have plenty of media coverage to help promote the school. Also, would give us 6 more computers if we build
them versus buying them. Would like
boards approval- Asked and received approval by consensus.
Octoberfest- Mike Butala is chairing the fest booth.

Accreditation for
Pre-School

Old Certificate has
expired. Process needs to start ASAP-
takes approximately 18 months initial fees include a $150 Application Fee,
$450. Fee and $50 renewal Fee.

The Executive
Committee will look into and report back at next meeting.

The school is also
interviewing applicants for the nurse position. It will be a daily position from 10-2.
Ø
Wayne Zimmerman spoke
about the amount of people he had help him in the renovation of the
Pre-School. He recommended that for
future large projects we have a “project manager”. He stated that at times “no one was in charge”. Joyce responded with the new business
manager will be over seeing all projects.
