I. OPENING PRAYER
Dan Brown called the meeting to order and the Board Members’ Prayer was recited by all.
II. CHAIRPERSON’S REMARKS
- Dan announced the need to have a special board meeting in April to approve the 2005-06 budget before presentation to Parish Finance Council.
- Please direct anyone with questions on Smart Tuition to Margaret Barrett with a copy to Dan Brown.
- Based on Msgr. Richardson’s efforts, Holy Infant is willing to contribute for 3 students who attend St. Theresa’s School.
- We still have 3 open chair positions including Day Care, Technology and Safety. Dan would like to put job descriptions together for all the chair positions so people know what is expected of their time.
- We’ll be sending out election information within the next week.
III. PRINCIPAL’S REPORT
Margaret Barrett gave an oral report at the meeting. We have 140 children registered for the 2005-06 school year. Enrollment is currently at 515 children. The Catholic Witness article on Bishop Rhoades’ visit to the school was awesome! All nine (9) Middle School Science Fair students are going to the Area Engineering and Science Program.

DEVELOPMENT

- A draft master list of all school, development committee and Home School Association activities is attached for your review.
B. MARKETING
- The folders went very well at Information Night- professionally done and full of lots of useful information.
- We need to work on getting in Patriot News School Update section of the newspaper on a regular basis.

study the issue of full-day kindergarten during the 2005-06 school year to provide Mrs. Carr an opportunity to learn how the
