I.          OPENING PRAYER

 

Dan Brown called the meeting to order and the Board Members’ Prayer was recited by all. 

 

 

II.        FINANCE REPORT

 

The Board reached a consensus on the 2005-06 school budget for submission and approval by Parish Finance Council.  The consensus of the Board was a 8% first child tuition rate increase and up to a 13% increase for the 2nd and 3rd child rates.  Note that the 2nd and 3rd child rates have not previously increased at the same pace as the 1st child rates. 

 

The Board reached a consensus on the need to develop a policy for capital expenditures.  Faith will draft a policy for comment for the next Board meeting.

 

The Board discussed the playground funding and no expenses were factored into the proposed 2005-06 budget for the playground.

            Dan Brown offered the Closing Prayer and the meeting was adjourned at 9:30 pm.
