St. Theresa School and Parish ID Badge Procedure:
Thank you for wanting to volunteer at St. Theresa School and Parish! There are 4 requirements to comply with the Diocesan Youth Protection Policy. Links to each of these items can be found on the Diocesan website at:
http://safeyouth.hbgdiocese.org/ under Clearances and Criminal Record Checks. Listed below are the documents you will need and links to each:
1. Complete and sign both sides of the Diocesan Disclosure Form -
(Hard copies are available at the St. Theresa Parish office if you are unable to print).
2. Complete the
online Youth Protection Program at
http://safeyouth.hbgdiocese.org/ A printed copy of the completion certificate must be provided to the parish office along with the documents below.
3. Complete the
PA Criminal History Check for volunteers. This page provides a link to the site to complete this online:
https://epatch.state.pa.us/
Originals of the Disclosure Statement, PA Criminal History Check, and Child Abuse Clearance along with the completion certificate for the online training must be provided to the St. Theresa Parish Office.
A fee has been waived for VOLUNTEERS ONLY for the PA Criminal History Check and the Child Abuse Clearance Check. Otherwise, the fee is $8 for each.
