Hello! Welcome to my page and the 2023-24 school year!
My name is Lauren Howell. I am the Learning Support Teacher for middle school students at Saint Theresa. I believe in Saint Theresa's philosophy of inclusivity. My role involves developing Learning Plans for students that include strategies to support their success in middle school. The strategies are then implemented by each of the student's teachers with my support as needed. During the school day you can find me spending time co-teaching with colleagues, with students in small groups within my classroom, or consulting with team members. I work to provide personalized instruction to my students to meet their learning needs. Learning Support involves great team work and parents are invaluable members of the team. Outside of the classroom - I am married to my loving husband, Antonio, and we have 2 children. (Amari 7, Malia 4) Malia attends pre-K at Saint Theresa's. I very much enjoy spending time with my family. We like playing and watching sports. Go Baltimore Ravens! I practice yoga. I like to exercise. I love to read and drink coffee. We are members of OLOL church in Enola.
