Neumann & Central PA Scholarship Application

It is time to apply for the Diocese of Harrisburg Neumann Scholarship. 

The only way to apply for the Diocese of Harrisburg Neumann Scholarship is via the online link.  There are NO paper applications accepted.  Applications must be entered on-line by April 17, 2019.  No exceptions.

January 2019 Dear Parents:

The Neumann Scholarship for Tuition Assistance from the Diocese of Harrisburg has been launched for the 2018/2019 school year.   Please click on this link to access the online application from our website:

Also see the attached information from FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment for further instructions on submitting your application.

If you are applying for financial aid, the deadline to complete the online application via FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment is April 17, 2019.

Necessary tax documentation will be required to be submitted.  All supporting documentation can be uploaded in pdf format online or can be securely faxed to 866-315-9264. Please be sure to include the applicant ID on all faxed correspondence.

A non-refundable application fee of $30 per family is required. Payment can be made via automatic debit from a savings or checking account, or with a credit card.

Once an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be submitted (upload or fax) to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment to complete the application process:

  • Copies of your most recent IRS Federal forms including all supporting tax schedules.
  • Copies of your most recent W-2 forms for all applicants.
  • Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.
  • Copies of all supporting tax documents if you have business income/loss from any of the following:  Business, Farm, Rental Property, S-Corporation, Partnership or Estates/Trusts.
